What are the best preventative treatments for NMO?

Hello everyone,

I've been recently diagnosed with NMO. I'm in Canada. I've been discussing treatments options with my neurologist. He says Soliris/Ultomiris is the best, but it is quite expensive. My insurance is pushing for Ensprying.
Thoughts on Enspryng?
