NMO Diet Adjustment

Have you changed your diet due to your NMO diagnosis? How has it helped you?

  1. I truly eat less gluten and more greens. On days I do that I feel less aches and more energy.

    1. Thank you for your response! me too. It’s crazy how most people I talk to tell me how much gluten affects them. For me, I went Vegan and now I’m a Flexitarian. 80% vegan, 20% regular diet. It’s a good balance without being too restrictive

      1. Yes, I’ve tried & it’s made me feel better! Juicing has helped me out as well.

        1. Juicing sounds like a fantastic idea for me. The bloating is so bad. Perhaps this may help with detox.
