Hi Fam! What are some struggles you have with your mental health and how do you cope?
Personally I’ve been struggling with depression, and something that helps me get out of bed is going to the gym.
I was a college athlete when I got sick, so I took that power back after 6 years, and go to the gym 6 days a week because that could be gone in a split second.
I also love doing art! ( blame the Pisces in me)
