Has anybody used this drug and what have the side effects been like?

I started iv rituximab infusions last year May. I have an infusion at 2 weekly intervals every 6 months.
My ears itch and throat feels sore and scratchy when having the infusion. Itching is relieved with administration of antihistamines.
I get extremely hot and drowsy during the infusion, which has to be run at a slow rate so i can tolerate it. It takes me about a week to recover.
After all post the infusion and recovery, I feel better with my symptoms for about 3/4 month's.i can definitely tell when my infusion is due. I think I'll rather prefer the infusion than daily heavy dose steriodsI get the same allergic reaction!!! and then for two weeks after the infusion I feel awful.
