TENS unit
Does anyone use a TENS unit for back pain (or any pain)?
I know TENS unit stimulates nerves and unsure if this is safe to use on the back for us with NMO

For me, it did aggravate my nerve pain a bit. However, on some parts of my body, it works. I stay away from my back. If you and your provider agree on using it as a therapy I would try it! Some people have great results. Hope that helps!
