What helps on bad days?

I know I struggle with boredom when I don’t feel well. What are some things you do to help boredom?

  1. when I am bored I color. I read a book. I watch Netflix or try to find a funny movie. I try to not spend a lot of time on FB.

    1. What is your favorite Netflix show?

      1. I color too!

        1. What do you like to color? And are you a colored pencil or marker kinda person? Coloring is so relaxing!
