What has NMO taught you?

So, what has NMO taught you?

  1. I have learned so much since my diagnosis in 2007. I have learned to be patient and careful with my physical and my mental state. I had to adapt and modify my entire life. My family, friends, and associates are very important, but less of a priority. I had to resign and retire early. I


    My last flare consisted of the worst pain I ever experienced. It required 3 days of iv steroids, painkillers and physical therapy.

    1. NMO has taught me not to be afraid to do what I want to.

      1. It has taught me to slow down and enjoy life. Not to take everything so serious

        1. NMO has taught to be resilient.
