Working with Pain

Hi friends! I’ve been having a hard time with working a regular job due to the pain I get. Does anyone else deal with thiS?

  1. Yes i just try to ignore it, there’s nothing I can really do but keep pushing and trying to take control.

    1. So awful. But same!

  2. I have a fat pad-tumor in my back along with conjoined nerves in or near my sactica nerves. I also have lumens(?) scar tissue in the spot. I have also injured my back. I worked at a long term hospital for the comatose, etc. It was heavy work. I have none to severe back pain in a matter of seconds- it’s predictable & not predictable. I am retired & have cut back on the things I’m able to do - pain free. Doctor’s only wanted to give me steroid shots for it. I didn’t realize how much pain can influence our feelings. It can twist us. I used to be a person who grinned & bore it. Not anymore.
I’m sorry that you are going through so much pain. I hope that you find relief from your pain. 😪❤️

    1. Thank you!! I hope you’re pain gets better as well!

  3. I have been working with lower back pain for more than two years at an IT company. sitting on a chair for eight hours a day made my condition even worse. One of my friends suggest me a chiropractor ( https://www.physiomobility.com/chiropractic-toronto-don-mills/ ) and I consulted him. In fact, the was so effective and I recovered from my back pain after two months of treatment. It was cent percent natural and effective.

    1. can I ask you, how did you back pain feel? Was it constant or only when you did certain movements? Localised? I am experiencing lower back pain, but it's not too bad unless I bend down. I'm not sure if it is an NMO symptom or something else.

  4. I love the chiropractor! It makes such a significant difference ✨
