Struggling with vision
I got diagnosed in 2023 with aquapurina4 positive and nmo lost the vision in my right eye had lots of steroid on drip and plasma exchange but nothing worked since then been on steroids and mycophenolate daily but seen my health in other ways declining ie breathing problems and heart problems and constant lower back pain struggling when walking with all these other things is anyone else going through anything similar

Yes Not only did the B12 injection help me, but alpha lipoic acid injection also helped me. This mineral helped my joint pain I use a lot of vitamins and minerals and with that my life has changed. I don't have those strong pains anymore God Bless You
