What is something you did for yourself today?

What is something you did for yourself today that made you feel good, either both physically or mentally or one or another to take your mind off having NMO and what limitations you might experience? Often we (I) tend to always look at my limitations; however, there are so many things that I could still do and offer to this world, providing value on so many levels… I have chosen to think positively and every day do something positive for myself . This has helped me when I often have gone to that dark place of the “can’t” or “I’m limited too.”
So , again what is something positive you have done for yourself today??

  1. Exercise and read uplifting information.

    1. I enjoy doing different crafts, crocheting, listening to podcasts, going shopping, getting a bite to eat and reading.

      1. Polished both my granddaughters fingernails. My arrangements for a comedy show fell through. I have a long list of self care tasks. Tomorrow I have lunch plans. I hope I have the strength.
