Fatigue

Does anyone else suffer with extreme fatigue? My brain wants to do stuff but physically I am exhausted. Some days I sleep 12+ hours. Then after a couple days I gradually can do more. Until I can't but is it a flare? If my body "can" move it just takes all my mental and physical strength to do basic AL'S. Often during these bouts i get a nagging headache not horrible at all just there.Does anyone else experience this? I dont want to seem negative, this journey with NMOSD has actually taught me a lot about inner strength, positivity and people.
