Has anyone else noticed vision changes before being diagnosed with something like NMO?

Yes, I actually did. My first sign was blurry vision that came on suddenly, along with eye pain whenever I moved my eyes. At first, I thought it was just eye strain from too much screen time, but an eye test showed inflammation in the optic nerve. That was the first clue that something more serious was going on.

I’m curious if others here also had vision problems as their first symptom?
