Triggers for worsening symptoms?

I swear that I got diagnosed with NMOSD after I start my Covid shots. I had a government job and they were threating to fire us if we didn't get the shots. Then of course they changed their minds. I was very fortunate that I was able to retire from the government cause I was 67 yrs old and had 34 years in with the government. But shortly after retirement, I was diagnosed with NMOSD🙁 I curse the fact that I received three of the damn shots🙁

I went through a similar ordeal. I worked with autistic adults in local goverment in the Uk.Nearly 20 years of service i accumalted. I was paid out, signed off as disabled after taking 3 covid shots courtesy of my job on 2020,2021 ( i couldnt see out my right eye for 6weeks) and 2022 my right leg would not work when I was taking my daughter to school. ) its been a tumultous 6years . I am learning my new normal and taking each day as it comes. I am grateful to be around as i knocked on death's door with my relapse. I have met some amazing people on this journey. But to God be the glory Great thingd he has done.!

Amen, this is my first comment I've made to this forum. I've been reading everyone's comments and has found out that I am not alone. I know just how you all feel dealing with NMOSD.
I was was diagnosed in September 2020. I've experienced some of the same symptoms as many of you. I know it's not a cake walk for most. I've found out (for me), that while going through my worst days, I stay as positive about myself as I can. There's no negative conversations about my condition.
I am aware that I also have a new normal and it comes with a lot of changes to and in my life. I just take each day as it comes. I'm thankful that there is help out here.
I feel, the more I educate myself about NMOSD, the more I know.
I'll keep everyone in my prayers for healing and finding the right treatment that will work for everyone.

Im just wondering if the weather change has anything to do with the symptoms getting worse.
It's been cooler now at night. But for the past 2 days I hurt from neck to toes. My hands I can't hardly bend and my legs hurt so bad and are so weak. My whole body hurts bad. Before it was mainly just my hips and legs. I call my doctor the neurologist but he dont know cause he has never dealt with nmo. There are no more neurologist close. Just wondering if anyone else feels like this
